In our Spanish Restaurant in Zurich, we use select regional products. Our chef takes care to source the vegetables grown locally or within Switzerland. Meat and fish come from carefully selected farms with a high standard of animal welfare.

In the Restaurant Gonzalez you can choose a wine from a range of excellent Spanish classics or from one of our selected new discoveries. Our wine cellar in Zurich offers a wide range of exceptional wines from Spain, personally selected by the chef. And as we source our food: we strive for the best quality wines, always.
